Cycling Injuries and Rehab

Cycling injuries can either be traumatic from a crash (collar bone above) or from overuse injuries.  More often than not, overuse injuries are caused by poor bike fit.  We are happy to help you trouble shoot your bike fit, however visiting a professional bike fitter will make a world of a difference for your comfort on the bike.  Occasionally even with a proper bike fit there are still issues that arise.  Knee pain, hip pain, neck/back pain tend to be common.  These can stem from flexibility or foot posture issues and can often be easily addressed with proper evaluation and diagnosis.  If you are having nagging bike fit/comfort issues please call to speak with Sam for help working through the issue.
