Do I need a referral for physical therapy?
Generally speaking you do NOT need a referral to see a physical therapist in the state of Colorado. Some insurance plans do require a referral but these are far and few between these days. Please call the number on the back of your card to check on your specific plan. We can also help if you call us at the office.
Can I go to any physical therapy clinic that I choose?
YES!!! You have the right to choose your therapy provider. Prescriptions or referrals from you physician are valid at any practice.
How do I know if physical therapy will help me?
Physical Therapy can help with numerous injuries/conditions however it is not for everyone. If you have an questions or concerns we are happy to discuss them with you as well as with your physician. We also offer free consults to determine therapy needs or to help facilitate a referral to another practitioner.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your first appointment and bring the following:
- Your prescription for physical therapy from your referring healthcare provider (if you have one)
- Your insurance cards so that we can make a copy of them for our records
- Intake and HIPPA forms that can be found here (these will also be available at our office)
Will physical therapy hurt?
Will my insurance cover physical therapy treatment?
We are working hard to cover many insurances products. Currently we accept and are in network with most companies, including Medicare and Medicaid. Please call the number on the back of your card prior to treatment to verify benefits. You can find the complete list of insurance that we currently accept here. We also offer competitively priced cash based services.
How long will my sessions last and how many total sessions will I receive?
What should I wear to my appointment?
Generally comfortable clothes and shoes that will allow you to perform gentle exercises in the clinic. Also wearing something that permits access to the injured area will facilitate smooth appointments.
