Is this you?
- You got hurt recently doing something you do a lot (running, lifting, a sport, a job, yard work that fought back).
- You've got a specific thing that hurts and it's been days or weeks, not years.
- You want to fix the cause quickly, so it doesn’t become chronic.
This probably isn't the page you want if:
- You had surgery. Start with Recover.
- It's been nagging for months or keeps coming back. That's Reset.
- You're an athlete chasing a return to full sport load. Head to Return.
An injury doesn't fix itself if you just wait it out. We watch how you move, find what's actually driving the pain, and create a real plan to get you back to where you should be.
You'll get 40 minutes with the same PT every visit, and a plan built around your actual life, not a protocol printout. We'll tell you what we think is going on in plain language, and we'll tell you honestly how long it's likely to take. Sometimes that's faster than you'd guess. Sometimes it isn't. Either way, you'll know the truth.

How we treat: Loading the tissue the right way is what actually rebuilds it. We'll use hands-on work where they help; but those are tools, not the main event. This is physical therapy, not a heat pack and a handshake.
Who you'll work with: Any of our PTs can take a Rebuild case, and we often put more than one set of eyes on a tricky one. If your injury is foot or ankle, you're in unusually good hands. Sam's deepest training is in foot and ankle biomechanics and orthotics, down to shoe fitting and gait. Not many clinics in town can say that.
