Is this you?

  • You had surgery, or you've got one scheduled, and you need rehab to get the result the surgery was supposed to give you.
  • You want someone who will follow your surgeon's protocol and push exactly as hard as the tissue can take.
  • You want the truth about the timeline, including the weeks that feel like setbacks.

This probably isn't the page you want if:

  • You're hurt but didn't have surgery. Go to Rebuild for a recent injury, Reset for an old injury.

A good surgery still needs good rehab to become a great result. We've done hundreds of post-op recoveries, and we'll tell you the truth about what yours will look like—the good weeks, and the frustrating ones.

We follow your surgeon's protocol, then load you progressively as the tissue heals. Not faster than it can take, and not slower than it needs; because staying fragile too long is its own problem. You'll have the same PT the whole way, so by week three, nobody's re-reading your chart to remember who you are.

How we treat: Post-op rehab lives or dies on progression. Too cautious, and you leave range and strength on the table. Too aggressive, and you set the repair back. We load you at the pace the tissue can actually handle, guided by your surgeon's protocol and what we see in the room. We build back real strength, not just range of motion.

Who you'll work with: Post-surgical rehab is core to what Sam built this practice around, and his background runs deep here, foot and ankle post-op especially. Chris and Olivia carry post-op cases too, and the three of them collaborate on the tricky ones, so you get the whole team's read, not just one person's. We stay in close contact with your surgeon so everyone's working from the same plan.
