Is this you?

  • You're a runner, lifter, golfer, or any kind of athlete who got hurt, and 'out of pain' isn't the finish line for you.
  • You need to rebuild real capacity and trust your body under sport-level load again.
  • You want a rehab plan that ends with you back in your sport, not back on the couch.

This probably isn't the page you want if:

  • You're not currently hurt and just want to train harder. That's Sports Performance.
  • Your injury has nothing to do with sport and you want relief. That's Rebuild.

Most physical therapy stops when you're out of pain. For an athlete, that's about half-way. Getting back to real training means rebuilding capacity, testing it honestly, and progressing load until your body trusts the injured area again.

We've got the squat rack and the strength-coaching background to take you the whole way, not just the clinical half. That last stretch from 'no longer hurts' to 'back to full-send' is the part most clinics miss, and the part that actually matters to you.

How we treat: This is loading at full volume. Real weight, real progression, and honest return criteria so you're not guessing whether you're ready. We test capacity instead of eyeballing it. You keep training in the ways you safely can while we rebuild the part that broke, because telling a runner to just stop for six weeks is how you lose a runner.

Who you'll work with: Return-to-sport is one of Chris's specialties, and the work he came into physical therapy to do. He pairs a strength-and-conditioning background with the assessment and hands-on tools to back it up. Olivia brings her own strength-coach background to the same work. And for runners, Sam's foot, ankle, and gait depth is something most clinics can't match. Getting athletes back to their sport is a team strength here, not a solo act.
