Is this you?

  • Something's been bugging you for months or years, and you've built your life around it.
  • It flares up, calms down, comes back. There's no single injury you can point to.
  • You've tried PT before and it didn't work for you, or you just learned to live with the pain.

This probably isn't the page you want if:

  • It's a fresh injury from a specific moment. That's Rebuild.
  • You had surgery. That's Recover.

Some pain doesn't come from one bad moment. It's the shoulder that's been easily tweaked, the back that flares twice a year, the hip that just feels stuck. You've adjusted your posture or routine around it so long you barely notice you're doing it.

We'd rather fix it. That starts with finding what's actually limiting you, because persistent pain is usually a strength or movement problem wearing a disguise, not just 'getting older.' Then we rebuild the strength and range you gave up along the way. Stretching alone rarely fixes this stuff. Strength through the full range of a body part is what makes a lasting difference.

How we treat: Persistent pain usually means something isn't strong or mobile enough to do its job, so the body compensates, and the compensation starts to hurt too. We find that root, then load it. Not passive treatments that feel nice for an afternoon; real strength and mobility work that changes the tissue. It's less about chasing the pain and more about fixing what's causing it.

Who you'll work with: Any of our PTs. Persistent cases are often where we collaborate most, so you're frequently getting the read of more than one clinician on what's really going on.
