Is this you?
- You're healthy and training for something, and you want an edge that's built on how bodies actually work.
- You want a coach with a doctorate in movement, not a bootcamp and a stopwatch.
- You'd rather prevent the injury than rehab it later.
This probably isn't the page you want if:
- You're in pain or hurt right now. Start with Return or Rebuild. Insurance may cover it.
- You want general fitness, not sport-specific work. That's Personal Training.
This isn't rehab, and it isn't a big-box gym. It's training run by people with doctorates in how bodies move, aimed at making you better at your sport. Strength, speed, power, mechanics, and the durability that keeps you off our treatment table in the first place.
Because we're PTs, we see the stuff a regular trainer misses: the movement pattern that's going to cost you later, the asymmetry you've been compensating for, the mechanics capping your ceiling of sport success.

How we work: Same tools as the treatment side, aimed at a different goal. Real loading, measured progress, and mechanics coached by someone who understands sports and the body's functions. This is where our physical tools and the clinical eye do performance work instead of recovery work.
Who you'll work with: This is Chris's wheelhouse. He's a certified strength and conditioning specialist and Titleist Performance Institute certified, which is the standard in golf fitness; so if you play golf or any rotational sport, he trains the movement most coaches never look at. Olivia brings a strength-coach background to the same work, and Sam's gait and biomechanics depth makes the running side unusually sharp.
