Dr. Olivia Adams
My Doctor of Physical Therapy degree is from Des Moines University, earned in December 2025, and my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science is from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With a strong background in strength and conditioning, I've worked as a strength coach and personal trainer with athletes of all ages, and I bring these principles into my care alongside manual therapy and evidence-based treatment to help patients improve movement quality, build strength, and return to the activities they love. Helping women feel confident getting into strength training is a particular passion, along with a growing interest in canine physical therapy.
